该项目地块位于广东省东莞市松山湖，东面临湖，湖光山色，风景如画，地理位置十分优越。项目契合松山湖规划的核心思想，在设计中引入生态理念，充分利用山、水、绿化等自然景观元素，实现建筑空间与生态自然的相互渗透。设计依据“以人为本”的原则，推崇匠心于自然，倾情于山水，致力于空间，山、水、园融为一体的建园理念，塑造“科技共山水一色”的园区形象。建筑强调横向线条，造型舒展、灵动，并采用退台处理，既创作了宜人的室内外环境又形成丰富的体型变化，寓意山体，与东边的松山湖水形成“山水玖龙”的格局。
Prominently located in Songshan Lake Scenic Area, Dongguan, GuangdongProvince, the Project faces the picturesque lake to the east. In responseto the core planning concept of Songshan Lake, the design introducesecological-friendly concepts for mutual penetration betweenbuilding andnature with the help of landscape elements including mountain, water andplants. Being human-oriented, the design delivers a campus combiningspace, mountain, water and garden and creates the image of science andtechnology inside beautiful landscape. The horizontal lines are highlightedto create streching and flexible shape. Meanwhile, setbacks are adopted toprovide pleasant indoor and outdoor environment and shape multi-layeredforms as mountains to correspond with Songshan Lake on the east for the
layout of "Nine Dragons in nature".
