本项目为超高层办公楼，地面以上 32 层，地面以下 5 层，建筑高度 160 米。天启正业作为设计中标方，从方案设计到施工图设计全过程中 , 统筹建筑工程各相关专业协调设计 , 一次性完成包括建筑工程、室内设计、园林景观、绿色建筑和建筑幕墙等所有施工图设计图纸，体现了天启正业对设计的极致追求、对技术的精益求精以及对组织协调分工合作的驾轻就熟。
The Project is a 160-metre tall super high-rise office building, with 32 aboveground floors and 5 underground ones. As the wining designer, from SD through CD design, we coordinate the design of all specialties. Onetime delivery of all construction drawings of architecture, interior design, landscape, green building and façade has demonstrated our expertise in design, technology, organization and coordination.
