The Project located in the new downtown area of Heyuan houses threemajor functions: taxation service, office and logistics. With access in thesouth, the tax service hall and offices are perpendicular to each other toenclose an entrance square of the SAT building, which not only createsbroader square space, but also highlight the image of the building. Interms of architectural style, instead of the symmetric layout commonlyadopted in government buildings, the main building body is composedof horizontal block elements and interspersed with vertical elementsto create hierarchical facades. In terms of building materials, the mainexternal walls are furnished by gentle and generous golden-brown stonesto present a stable, solemn and amiable image.
